News : Contact Center Americas Completes Rebranding Strategy
August 21, 2014 -- Colombian contact centre operator Contact Center Americas has been rebranded as Americas Business Process Services, Portafolio reports.
Colombian telecoms operator ETB owns a 40 percent stake in the company.
