News : Mediu LLC Welcomes New VP of Professional Services
Delaware, Ohio (April 9, 2015) -- Mediu LLC announced that Ron Edgington has joined the company to expand and productize Mediu’s professional services and contact center offerings.
Edgington brings more than 25 years of experience in technology implementation, leadership and operational roles across finance, insurance, customer support and marketing organizations. Most recently, Ron served as the executive director of operations for OCLC, an international software development organization, where he managed tactical operations and led an 80-person outsourcing professional services team delivering contracts and projects across the globe.
"Ron’s wealth of experience in leading and growing professional services organizations coupled with his innovation, drive and passion for the industry make him an ideal leader to identify and productize the services we bring to the market," said Mike Berichon, owner and president of Mediu. "I’m confident he will enhance our ability to execute projects as a team and produce custom solutions that deliver superior business value to our customers."
In his role as Vice President of Professional Services at Mediu, Edgington leads the creation and delivery of services. He is responsible for assessing the needs of the market and developing tailored services and custom applications to address them.
Edgington earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and an associate’s degree in information technology from Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio. Edgington lives in Delaware, Ohio, with his wife Renee and their six children.
