News : Contact Centre Boost
Aug 27, 2014 -- The Irish contact centre industry is showing continued growth in Ireland, according to new research from UCD.
The Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) found that technology advances are changing traditional telephonic communication.
It found that 39% of companies are introducing web chat, and 21% will add SMS communication by the end of the year.
