News : Contact Centre Operator Parseq Opens for Business at Central Quay
Glasgow, Scotland, Sept 8, 2015 -- Customer contact and marketing provider Parseq has officially opened for business at its new offices in Central Quay, Glasgow.
The company has taken the second floor of Media Scotland's Glasgow base, comprising 24,000 sq ft on 10-year lease terms.
Parseq, a multi-channel service provider spanning customer contact, fundraising services, mail fulfilment, document management, Finance and accounting, and data hosting services, plans to add a further 250 full and part-time positions at its new Glasgow base.
Parseq said the move to Pacific Quay will provide seating capacity for up to 600 staff working on shift rotations.

Graham Stein, managing director of Parseq’s contact centre business, said the move to Central Quay confirms the group's "commitment for long term investment in Scotland".
He added: "Our new location means we have the potential to create a further 250 new roles and together with local partners Scottish Enterprise and Invest Glasgow we hope to encourage more people into skilled employment.
"We’re delighted that our opening event was attended by so many of our clients, partners, neighbours and colleagues as this was as much of an opportunity to celebrate our successes but also to thank them all for their continued support."
