Canada - ContactCenterWorld.com have launched a new service to share news in a video format. Every week the association who have a membership of over 140,000 professionals worldwide will release a video broadcast sharing tips and news.
Commenting on the new service, Raj Wadhwani, President of ContactCenterWorld added "for some time we have been looking at video - we already shoot a lot at our events and we feel its the right time to share information to members in this format".

About Raj Wadhwani:
After leaving Kings College in London with a degree in Physics, Raj Wadhwani, President of ContactCenterWorld.com, spent his early years in a sales & marketing role with market leaders such as Unilever & Lafarge.
