News : Content Guru Appoints Senior Vice President to Accelerate Growth in North America

Content Guru, a provider of cloud contact center and CX technology, has announced the appointment of industry veteran, Matt McKernan, as Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas. McKernan brings over 25 years of sector knowledge to the role and an impressive track record of helping scale businesses including Verint, inContact and NICE. His strong experience in CX and contact centers, including Senior Vice President at NICE CXone, where he led the Enterprise and Public Sector teams, will be key in supporting Content Guru’s continued growth in North America.
