Content Guru, a European cloud contact center and customer experience (CX) technology provider, announced the analyst firm, Forrester, has included it on The Forrester Wave™: Contact Center as a Service, Q1 2023. The report recognized Content Guru and its storm(R) CONTACT™ solution as a ‘Strong Performer’ and cited it for its solid vision of offering omnichannel and omnidata solutions as well as noting that "Content Guru is good for medium-to-large enterprises and multinational corporations that care about high availability and scalability and have complex functional requirements.".
Forrester’s research and analyzed 11 CCaaS providers against 34 criteria. Content Guru was included in a Wave report for the first time in 2023.
