The Queen’s Awards are for outstanding achievement in UK enterprise in the fields of International Trade, Innovation and Sustainable Development.
Content Guru’s Enterprise award recognises the innovation of its CONTACT multi-channel contact centre product, which runs on its storm cloud platform and is at the forefront of new multi-channel customer engagement.
