News : Contract Callers Expands Call Center Services
May 15, 2014 -- In response to an increased demand for its domestic call center services, ACA International member company Contract Callers recently opened a new call center in Augusta, Ga.
The new facility represents Contract Callers’ commitment to improving its already nationally recognized service through investments in tools, technologies and people in order to help expand its growing markets. Employees working at the new facility will specialize in providing first- and third-party collections along with customer service to a variety of customers nationwide.
The call center has more than 16,000 square feet of renovated space in downtown Augusta, which is also home to an established site operated by the company for many years.
