News : Tech Ambience Call Center Offers Tech Support Services Program
Orange Park, FL, USA, March 20, 2015 -- The Tech Ambience Call Center announced the launch of a new US-based tech support services program for its clients. The Tech Ambience Call Center is a division of Tech Ambience, a Florida-based IT support, development and services company which works with firms in the US, including the military.
Under his firm's new Tech Support Services Program, clients could contract with the Tech Ambience Call Center to have it provide tech support for a wide range of software, products and services.
Prem Anand, CEO of Tech Ambiance said, "Quality of staff in the tech support call center is a core element. "All of our call center staff live in Florida. Many of them are from military families, something we feel strongly about. We never outsource; all of our support and customer service work is done by our caller team in our Florida offices."
