News : Convergent's Customer Care Center to Open in San Antonio
San Antonio, TX , May 20, 2014 -- Convergent, a provider in diversified business process outsourcing, customer care and receivables management, announced the planned opening of its fifteenth customer care center in San Antonio, Texas. The new center will be part of Convergent Outsourcing, which provides solutions that help client’s bridge relationships with customers through enhanced, unified communication. The new facility will employ 400 and will be located in the Century Building on 410 NE Loop 410. San Antonio’s excellent workforce, top-notch training opportunities, and convenient transportation make it an ideal location for the next Convergent customer contact center.
