Cincinnati & Appleton, WI; January 29, 2016 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, is adding new positions at its call center in Appleton.
To start the New Year off right, Convergys Appleton is expanding its operations to include technical support and customer service roles for a major client in the home automation platform industry. These positions are full-time opportunities, offering a variety of shifts available for days, evenings and weekends with shift differentials. Part-time opportunities are available for nights and weekends as well.
"We are looking for highly motivated individuals to handle inbound customer calls. Potential employees must have exemplary customer service skills, computer literacy, excellent communication skills," said Patty Lillge, Site Director for the Convergys contact center in Appleton.
