Cincinnati & Charlotte, NC March 21, 2016 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, is adding new positions at both its call centers in Charlotte.
The Convergys sites in Charlotte are expanding its operations to include sales support and customer service roles for major clients in multiple industries. These positions are full-time opportunities, offering a variety of shifts available for days, evenings and weekends with shift differentials. Part-time opportunities are available for nights and weekends as well.
