Cincinnati & Chilliwack, BC January 20, 2016) -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, is adding 200 new positions at its call centre in Chilliwack.
To start the New Year off right, Convergys Chilliwack is expanding its operations to include technical support roles for a major client in the telecommunications industry.
"We are looking for highly motivated individuals to handle inbound customer calls. Potential employees must have exemplary customer service skills, computer literacy, excellent communication skills and general knowledge of smartphones and tablets," said Michael Robinson, Site Director for the Convergys contact center in Chilliwack.
