News : Convergys Clarksville Receives Corporate Volunteer of the Year from Manna Café Ministries
Cincinnati, OH, and Clarksville, TN; June 28, 2016 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, recently received the Corporate Volunteer of the Year award from Manna Café Ministries. Manna Café of Clarksville is a local nonprofit whose mission is to serve the poor and homeless members of the community who suffer from food insecurity.
Each month Convergys employees in Clarksville volunteer to set up, serve, and clean up after a meal with Manna Café Ministries. The site has held several food drives to support their organization, along with monetary donations.

In addition to the food drive, Convergys Community Action (CAN) volunteers from the Clarksville site also participate in the Mobile Café program on a monthly basis, helping to serve hot meals to the community.
"It is humbling to accept this award from Manna Café Ministries on behalf of our employees," says Andrew Tisoskey, Convergys site director for Clarksville. "Corporate Social Responsibility is one of our core values, and we are proud of the many ways we can contribute to our community all throughout the year."
