Bogota, Colombia, Aug 8, 2017 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, is celebrating the official opening of a new contact center in Colombia: Meridiano 116.

The 4600 square meter facility is located at Avenida Carrera 45 No. 114-90 and will house 1000 new employees by mid 2018 who will provide service in English, Spanish, French, Italian and German to customers from some of the top retail and healthcare industries in the world.

"We are excited to officially welcome the local community to our new Bogota facility as we celebrate our growth and thank Colombians, who are the driving engine behing this new milestone that has success written all over it!"
