Erlanger, KY, USA, Aug 30, 2016 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, is hosting "Walk in Wednesdays" for customer service positions at its Erlanger location. Potential employees must have strong customer service, communication and computer skills, as well as genuinely wanting to help resolve important issues," said Joe Westendorf, site director for the Convergys’ Erlanger contact center.
