News : Convergys Greenville Nabs New Business
Greenville, NC March 11, 2016 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, is happy to announce a new program coming to Greenville, NC.
The new program represents the Health Care industry and will bring more jobs to the community. Convergys will be holding a job fair in the near future for these additional full-time customer service positions. Earlier this year, Convergys Greenville announced the departure of a program in the Retail industry. Due to the new program, Convergys was able to place every impacted employee onto this new program.
"At Convergys, we believe in investing in the development of our people. Rather than have one set path, we have a variety of career tracks for employees to explore," said Rusty Rose, Site Director at the Greenville location. "Having a talented, motivated workforce maximizes our productivity and enhances the quality of service we offer all of our clients and their customers."
Convergys offers comprehensive paid training, competitive wages including performance, attendance, shift differential, and other incentives. The company offers key benefits, including tuition reimbursement, as well as medical, and dental coverage options to name a few.
Employment with Convergys is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
