"New employees will provide inbound customer service to support clients in the healthcare, financial industries, billing and banking," stated Convergys, which is headquartered in Cincinnati, OH.
The BPO provider is currently holding a job fair at its facility in Rohrmoser, saying that it is looking for candidates who have passion for customer care. The agents will be trained in customer care soon after recruitment.
"We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to grow and build a career in the call center industry. Potential employees must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, proficient English skills, and a passion for customer service," said David Clements, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Rohrmoser.
Four years after entering the country, the company has grown into one of Costa Rica’s largest service-sector employers. Today it runs four call centers here and most of which are serving clients in the English-speaking markets.
