News : Convergys Names Lloyd M. Wirshba as Chief Commercial Officer for North America
Cincinnati, OH, September, 2015 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, announces the appointment of Lloyd M. Wirshba as Chief Commercial Officer for North America.
Mr. Wirshba will be responsible for leading the North American business development teams for Convergys. With more than 35 years of experience in global, customer-focused companies, he brings extensive executive leadership, management and business development capabilities to this new role.
As former CEO of Barclaycard US, Wirshba was instrumental in creating deep, lasting relationships and building trusted partnerships with leading brands across multiple industries. He has held numerous senior executive positions at American Express and AOL, and he has extensive contact center experience from an earlier role as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Administrative Officer for ICT Group.

Wirshba received his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from State University of New York at Albany.
