News : Convergys Partners with Telia Norge AS for Network IVR
Manchester, England, June 22, 2016 -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global provider in customer management, with a dedicated Customer Technologies division, has been awarded the agreement to supply its Network IVR Solution to Telia Norge AS. This service will allow the Norwegian telecommunications provider to offer cloud-based voice and video services to domestic and business subscribers throughout the Nordic region.
"The Convergys platform satisfies our current and foreseeable media processing needs, and combined with the ability to run the services from our private cloud, we now have a very cost-effective solution," says Francisco Valseca, Project Manager for Telia Norge AS. "Convergys’ IVR allows us to consolidate voice services into one single platform."
