Managua, Nicaragua, May 13, 2016 -- Convergys Corporation, a global provider in customer management, has received the Exporter of the Year award –Services Category—from the Association of Producers and Exporters of Nicaragua (APEN). The annual services exporter award from APEN recognizes outstanding export companies who offer their services in international markets. Convergys was recognized for the number of new jobs generated in the last few months and the size of the operation in Nicaragua.
