News : Coriolis Offers Course on Contact Centre Efficiency
France, Jan 27, 2015 -- French call centre service provider Coriolis Service has launched Coriolis Campus, a training school for the sector.
The school currently offers training for performance efficiency management, consisting of 12 hours of class time over 2 months. It includes three modules that are aimed at companies' entire customer relations departments, from the team leader to the CEO.
The course's aim is to raise awareness and to professionalise management teams to run an efficient and effective customer relations.
