News : Cosmos Contact Centre to Operate Extended Hours During Peak
London, UK, Jan 12, 2016 -- Cosmos Tours has extended its contact centre opening hours from 8.30 am to 9pm on weekdays for the rest of the month.
On Saturdays, the contact centre will be open from 9 till 5 and on Sunday from 10 to 4, until January 31.
The extended opening times apply to both Avalon Waterways and Cosmos Tours & Cruises.

The company said the longer days would provide agents with the flexibility and support to check availability, hold options and confirm bookings during peak period weekday evenings.
Lesley Taylor, customer experience director, said: "We want to support our agent partners as much as possible during this key booking period particularly homeworkers or those with extended opening times to help them secure business."
