News : Council Choosing Outsourced Firm for Contact Centre Training
Cwmbran, Wales, March 23, 2015 -- Griffin Place Communications has been chosen by Torfean County Borough Council to provide training courses in contact centre services as part of its work programme to help candidates find employment.
GPC is based at Llanternam Industrial Park, Cwmbran and has a partnership for excellence through Cognia, a provider in cloud compliance solutions.

A spokesperson Torfaen Training said: "We are delighted to work with GPC which has invested in best of breed training and technology. Our candidates are able to work alongside GPC employees and applicants with the goal of finding gainful employment at the end of the training course. We have had great success with 75 per cent of our candidates being employed."
