New York, NY, USA, June 6, 2016 -- Conversational Commerce provider, Flamingo Customer Experience Inc, has announced to shareholders that the company is to be 100 percent acquired by ASX listed, Cre8tek Ltd.
Flamingo provides cloud-based Intelligent Guided Selling and Guided Customer On-boarding platforms that enable companies to increase online sales conversion and customer retention rates.
