News : StayinFront Announces New Enhancements to StayinFront TouchRx
July 18, 2014 -- StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of SaaS-based mobile life sciences customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, announces new enhancements to its StayinFront TouchRx product. The system can run on both iPad and Windows 8 tablet devices, giving customers the flexibility to choose the platform best suited for them.
The new release enables field users to do more, know more and sell more. Managers have mobile access to critical information, data and resources which simplifies their workday and maximizes their impact while working with reps in the field. Using TouchRx, managers can access their sales reps territories, analytics and reports. They can also view their sales reps calendar, track call activities, streamline Time Off Territory requests and execute field coaching reports.
Field representatives are more empowered with the ability to view and track key information and progress against their Plan of Action (POA) with dashboards and KPIs. Geo-mapping and access to more detailed contact information for better targeting along with enhanced calendar features improve the reps ability to more effectively manage and sell in their territories. This release also includes two-way calendar integration for the Apple iPad, allowing reps to better manage and plan their time by eliminating the need to toggle between systems to see all scheduled appointments.
