News : CSG Government Solutions Selected by the Department of Vermont Health Access
Chicago, IL, USA, July 7, 2015 -- CSG Government Solutions, a provider in government program modernization, announces they have been selected by the Department of Vermont Health Access to provide Quality Assurance (QA) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for its Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and Integrated Contact Center System project.
Vermont is implementing a strategic approach to QA/IV&V across their Medicaid Enterprise to ensure key MMIS projects use consistent methodologies and tools to meet the State’s objectives. CSG is providing QA/IV&V services throughout the system development lifecycle to examine and validate development of the system applications. CSG is analyzing State’s interrelated Pharmacy Benefit Management, MMIS, Contact Center, and Care Management systems, identifying risks and issues, and providing recommendations to meet state and federal requirements. CSG is providing independent, objective guidance and oversight of the systems integration and workflow across the Medicaid Enterprise.
