News : CTM Links Online Portal with Customer Hotline
Dec 12, 2013 -- Macau-based communications carrier Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau (CTM) has expanded its hotline system. The company introduced automated speech recognition through its contact centre in July and has now launched an online service portal that is integrated with its holtine.
Customers can log in to apply for services and can also be directly connected to a customer service agent, even when overseas without making an IDD call. In the third phase of its customer service upgrade, CTM will integrate its mobile app CTM Buddy with the hotline.
