News : Customer Direct Announces New Contact Center Location
Customer Direct (parent ofGuestDirectSM) is proud to announce it has opened a new contact center in the heart of Jefferson County. The new location is at 2136 Tenbrook Road, in Arnold, Missouri next to Metro Business College.
"Arnold is the perfect location for Customer Direct’s expansion," said Robert W. Nolan, Jr., Customer Direct CEO. "Just like Arnold, we have experienced tremendous growth over the past several years. The additional facility in Arnold allows Customer Direct to increase our daily capacity by nearly 75%. That means potentially more than 60,000 calls, emails and chat sessions taking place annuallyfrom our new Arnold contact center."
Customer Direct’s new center brings 70 jobs to Jefferson County. The Arnold location will focus primarily on Hospitality Reservations. The new facility is staffed 24/7/365.?
