St. Louis, MO, July 10, 2014 -- Chesterfield, Missouri-based Customer Direct (parent of Guest Directsm), a North American provider in contact center services, announces plans to open a second operations facility in Arnold, MO. Customer Direct’s bilingual agents provide reservations, customer care, multi-tier technical, and back-office operations support to companies throughout the U.S. and the world. Industries served include Hospitality, Publishing, and Internet Retailing.
The new facility, scheduled to open in September 2014, will boast the ability to support an additional 80 agents, and operating 24/7/365 will allow Customer Direct to dramatically increase daily capacity by over 5,000 calls, emails, and chat sessions.
