News : Sitel UK to Open Call Centre with 800 Employees in Maxim Park Office at Eurocentral

Lanarkshire, Scotland, March 5, 2019 -- Customer service contractor Sitel UK is leasing a large office space at Maxim Park in Lanarkshire to house up to 800 employees in one of the site's biggest deals to date.

The call centre group has taken 58,744 square feet across the Maxim 10 building at Eurocentral near Glasgow on a 10-year lease to service its contract with a large media supplier.

This deal comes following the purchase of Maxim Park by Shelborn Asset Management on behalf of an overseas client in October last year. It has recently implemented a park-wide rebrand delivered by creative agency Drumbeat. When it was built in 2010, it was the UK's largest office park built on spec.

Sitel’s new home in Maxim 10 is on the south side of the long, landscaped boulevard in the park. The building has a sky-lit atrium, quiet outdoor courtyards and seating spaces for employees and guests.
