Unity, ME, March 25, 2014 -- XACT Telesolutions, a customer support center located in the U.S., is now offering new and existing customers a way to serve their clients across all platforms, online and off. Before the new suite of services was announced, the customer support center primarily offered call center service solutions. While email management and web chat assistance have been available for quite some time at XACT, the support center is now placing more emphasis on the delivery of these online support services.
