News : Cytamobile Extends Customer Service to Midnight
July 9, 2014 -- Cytamobile-Vodafone announced an extension of hours at its customer service call centre.
Customers can now call from 08.00 hours to midnight Monday to Friday, extending availability by three hours in the evening.
On weekends, they can call from 09.00 hours to midnight, adding five hours of service. The new hours took effect from 01 July.
