News : DALBAR Recognizes Genworth for Superior Customer Service
Richmond, VA., Dec. 22, 2014 -- DALBAR has been awarded Genworth its 2014 annual Service Award for its long term care insurance, annuity and life insurance businesses.
Genworth ranked first for the high quality of service in long term care and third for the quality of service provided to life insurance policyholders. Genworth also won DALBAR's annual Annuity Service Award, one of six companies that DALBAR said had "emerged as the titans of customer service in 2014."
"These awards reflect the commitment of hundreds of dedicated Genworth associates to focus on the customer experience, to keep the promises we make every day, and to deepen the relationships we've built through the years with our policyholders and distribution partners," said Chris Olson, chief operations officer for Genworth's U.S. Life Insurance division.
