News : Danish HeroBase Becomes Enreach Campaigns

Almere, Netherlands/Copenhagen, Denmark, June, 2021 -- Enreach, a UCaaS and CCaaS group backed by investment company Waterland, welcomes the Danish sales, service and marketing solution provider HeroBase A/S under the Enreach brand name. HeroBase was acquired by Enreach in September 2020, adding contact center and marketing automation capabilities to Enreach, and within nine months takes its next step to full integration by changing its name.

"Changing our brand name is actually not new to HeroBase. We changed to HeroBase in 2016 after a merger and to us, it has matched our growth story and increased opportunities. We are happy and proud to become Enreach Campaigns and to take on the Enreach brand name as our own. Before the acquisition, we were already present in four countries, and with the expanded Enreach European presence – as well as the cross-border and cross-company product development - our solutions are truly getting the upscaled international opportunities they deserve," says Casper Langhoff, CEO at Enreach Campaigns.

Under the Enreach brand, HeroBase will continue to offer a proposition of smart, flexible and multichannel sales solutions and service its customers from its office in Copenhagen. These clients will soon experience a number of new benefits, like easy access to products and services, primarily due to the synergy created by Enreach companies across Europe working and developing new solutions together.

The products Hero Outbound, Hero Flows and Hero Payments are already being unified with other Enreach contact center and communications solutions. The combined Enreach Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) suite will enable customer experiences to maximise business outcomes.
