News : Data Exchange Hiring 250 New Employees in Tulsa
Sept 19, 2014 -- Data Exchange is expanding its Tulsa call center and adding 250 employees to deal with increased volume and new products, the third-party verification firm announced Friday.
Company president Lynn Mitchell said Data Exchange will move fast on the hirings. Mitchell hopes to fill many of the new openings within a three-week period.
"Our professional agents will need the time to be trained to handle calls," Mitchell said.
Data Exchange handles many calls for utilities in deregulated states in which customers can pick their service providers. The Tulsa-based company helps verify the terms of those contracts.
The current headcount is 141 in Tulsa and 420 companywide. The new employees also will bolster Data Exchange for an upcoming new product launch, according to the release.
"We see our people as our single greatest investment, and we’re proud to provide a living wage to all of our associates," Mitchell said.
Those interested should apply in person at the Data Exchange corporate offices, located in the Triad Bank Building at 7666 East 61st St., Suite 240.
