News : Datacom Scores National Contact Centre Partnership
Australia, Jan 21, 2015 -- Australian IT service provider Datacom has signed a national partnership with global contact centre vendor Interactive Intelligence.
The deal will see Datacom extend sales, service and support for the vendor's entire communications range across Australia and New Zealand.
The partnership aims to open up "major new business opportunities" for both companies in public and private sector organisations, said Brendan Maree, Interactive Intelligence's vice president for Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
