News : DATAMARK Marks Opening of New Bilingual Customer Contact Center
El Paso, Texas, Nov 6, 2013 -- DATAMARK, Inc., a provider of global business services to Fortune 500 companies and government organizations, welcomed special guests from Young America, an engagement marketing agencies in the country, to officially mark the opening of a new bilingual call center in Juárez, Mexico.
DATAMARK manages and operates the call center, which provides customer care in Spanish and English for consumers participating in Young America’s engagement marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies. Young America’s engagement marketing programs include online, mobile, social and in-store delivery of sweepstakes, games, contests, rebates, product trials and sales incentives.
The opening of the customer contact center was celebrated with a ribbon cutting, a tour of DATAMARK’s Juárez facility, and remarks from DATAMARK and Young America officials.
"We are strengthening our relationship with Young America by delivering value at multiple points in their business process workflow--from the inbound mail center, where customer interaction is initiated, and now to the contact center, where customers’ questions are answered and support and service is delivered in both Spanish and English," said DATAMARK President Bill Randag.
