London, England, Feb 13, 2019 -- 8x8, a cloud provider of voice, video, collaboration and contact centre solutions, announced it has increased customer satisfaction for DDC OS, the business process outsourcing provider.
Established in 1987, DDC OS provides services such as multimedia response handling, data capture and administration to clients in the utilities, finance, legal, charity and public sectors. The organisation has worked with 8x8 since March 2017 to support its ambitious growth plans and its 5,550 staff across 12 locations.
Before moving to 8x8 X Series, DDC OS did not have a central communications system and there were several disparate comms channels.
