News : Delaware North Hiring for Amherst Call Center
Buffalo, NY, USA, Oct 6, 2015 -- Delaware North will open a new call center next month in Amherst and hold a virtual job fair. The company is ready to fill about 40 reservation agents and seven management positions.
The call center will support the company’s parks and resorts business and handle reservations for its hotel and resort destinations. In the future, it will support the other businesses across the company’s portfolio.
The call center will be in Northpointe Commerce office park, 170 Northpointe Parkway.
After the Buffalo-based hospitality and tourism provider lost it contract for Yosemite National Park, it decided to consolidate its call center operations near its global headquarters offices.
The company will keep a small office in Fresno, Calif., for its operations at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks and its Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite resort.
