News : Department of Public Works and Highways’ Hotline Now Nationwide
Nov 14, 2014 -- The Department of Public Works and Highways this week announced its call center hotline is now nationwide.
In a post on its website, the DPWH said the hotline connects to its 16 regional offices to field calls from the public.
"Calls or complaints are directly routed to these regional offices for prompt action," it said.
The call center uses an outsourced contract with Pilipinas Teleserve.
DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson said this will direct concerns to the field units concerned.
Singson also said this gives a chance for people to give feedback on DPWH programs and projects, and policies and activities.
