News : Desjardins Is Number One in the World for Call Centre Best Practices
On November 14 Desjardins Card and Payment Services' client care centres won two gold medals at the 9th annual Global Association for Contact Center & Customer Engagement Best Practices Contact Center World Global Contact Center Awards Gala in Las Vegas.
Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World – Best in World, met, shared ideas and the best were voted for by judges at this event hosted by ContactCenterWorld – The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & Networking. Contact Center World is a global organisation that recognises and rewards best practice in customer service throughout the world.
Desjardins has climbed to the top ranks of medium-sized call centres and help desks internationally for its excellent human resources practices and customer relations.
Awarded by industry peers, these prizes are a testament to Desjardins's commitment to continually improving services to members and clients. They also confirm Desjardins's position as a Best Employer, with our innovative HR approach focused on employee well-being.
These top honours come in addition to the gold and silver medals that Desjardins Card and Payment Services won at the Contact Center World Americas competition held in June in Orlando, Florida.
