News : Dhiraagu Introduces 24-hour LiveChat Customer Service
Malé, Maldives, Feb 11, 2016 -- Local telecom company Dhiraagu has launched their new 24-hours service "LiveChat", which allows customers to chat with company staff online to make inquiries.
The service launched on Dhiraagu’s website is available in local language Dhivehi, English and Latin Dhivehi for customers to communicate with the staff of Dhiraagu’s contact centre regarding their services, inquiries or to request help.
Contact centre manager Mohamed Azleem said their LiveChat enhances their customer services, providing another option in addition to dialling for customers seeking help.
The contact centre staff on task with LiveChat at Dhiraagu’s head office and branch in Haa Dhaal atoll Kulhudhuffushi island have all been trained for the service, he added.
