DHL New Zealand Becomes First Company In The Country To Earn TopPlace2Work.Com Certification
Auckland, New Zealand – May 6th 2014 – DHL Express New Zealand, The Global Logistics Company to the World is boasting about being the very first company in the country to earn official certification from TopPlace2Work.com, the employee engagement specialists who rate companies for their employee engagement scores and offer certification to those who attain the high standards of performance.
DHL Express New Zealand and its 45 employees completed the TopPlace2Work.com staff survey tool on-line. Results regarding overall employee satisfaction scored in the highest tier for overall morale, engagement and contentment. TopPlace2Work.com then verified the validity of the web survey through DHL Express New Zealand employees and thus will now be certified for the next 12 months with a certificate which indicates that DHL Express New Zealand is indeed one of the global leaders to work for.
Tracy Penny, the Director of Customer Service for DHL New Zealand points out that they are the first company in the country to earn such an outstanding recognition from a global company and adds "Achieving TopPlace2Work.com certification will truly signify our drive and passion towards being identified as a best employer. Highly engaged staff is the key to having a motivated team who provide great service, quality and the ability to grow customer loyalty that contributes to a successful profitable business."
Tim Baxter, DHL New Zealand Country Manager says "TopPlace2Work.com certification will validate our strong focus on Employee engagement, and will maintain our momentum for being an Employee of Choice."
DHL New Zealand will be presented a certificate of certification at the upcoming Asia Pacific best practices conference in Singapore June 2-6th where they will also be competing for the prestigious Top Ranking Performer Awards (www.ContactCenterWorld.com/conferences) from ContactCenterWorld.com – the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices.
Certification as a TopPlace2Work lasts for 12 months from date of issue and companies need to attain the minimum standards set for certification. There are also several levels of validation and the whole process can be done on line making it easy for employer and employee. Plus employees are assured their responses are confidential allowing for open and honest feedback. The employer receives detailed information to help them understand how engaged employees are and helps set direction and priorities for further engagement.
"Employee engagement is essential. No matter how good the technology, the infrastructure and processes, I know that when I interact with any company – whether it be by phone, face to face, on social media or via email, chat, I want to deal with highly engaged employees who will take care of me and look after me so that they engage me as a valued customer and this is where TopPlace2Work.com helps the company. When companies measure engagement regularly and can see what needs to be done, they can immediately effect change and make the workplace a true TopPlace2Work and for me I know that Happy Staff = Happy Customers" Says Raj Wadhwani, President of ContactCenterWorld.com who developed the TopPlace2Work.com tool
Companies wishing to try the tool can do so at no cost – its available in several languages and can be set up and distributed to employees within minutes. Find out more at TopPlace2Work.com
