News : DHL Opens Logistics Centre
Singapore, April 20, 2016 -- Logistics company DHL has opened a purpose-built multi-user facility in Tampines LogisPark.
The 90,000 square metre Advanced Regional Center (ARC) houses its first innovation centre outside Germany, along with DHL Supply Chain's Singapore country office, its Asia-Pacific regional office and regional call centre.
With this system, DHL's customers reap the benefits of automation without having to invest a large amount of money.
It said in a statement that the centre "creates a model for the future of warehousing in land-scarce countries and dense cities where land availability is limited and expensive".
