News : DialAmerica's Move to New Omaha Spot Provides Room for New 75 Hires
Omaha, NE, USA, Dec 16, 2015 -- Call center operator DialAmerica has relocated its Omaha center ahead of a hiring push.
The new call center opened Tuesday in 20,000 square feet of space at 9770 Mockingbird Drive, just across M Street from the company’s former offices. DialAmerica said its new spot is nearly twice as big as the old one and will have room for 191 agents and 53 trainees.

The company plans to hire 75 full- and part-time agents by the end of March to support its clients in the health care and subscription radio industries. That will take local employment to 295 from 220. The company declined to provide wage information but said the jobs are introductory level positions.
"We’re excited to begin operations from our new facility and look forward to welcoming additional agents to our team in the coming months," Pat Michael, director of contact center operations in Omaha, said in a statement.
