Nov 6, 2014 -- DialConnection, LLC, a provider of integrated cloud and on-premise contact center solutions, announces the appointment of Klaus Besier and Keith Larson to the company’s Board of Directors, as the company prepares for accelerating growth.

Mr. Besier recently finished a five-year tenure as Chairman and CEO of RES Software, an enterprise software solutions provider, and has more than 35 years of leadership in the enterprise software industry. Previously, Mr. Besier built and led the strategic direction of global software leader SAP America, Inc. as its President and CEO. Under his leadership, SAP America grew from $50 million to $1 billion in revenues in less than five years. During his career, Mr. Besier also served as President and CEO of Firepond Inc., which he took public in one of the most successful IPOs of 2000. Mr. Besier also held the role of President and CEO of Neoware, Inc., where he drove a transformation of the business and strong topline growth that resulted in its acquisition by HP in 2007 with a total transaction value of more than $300 million.
Mr. Larson is a leader in the contact center software solutions sector. He most recently served as a Board member and senior executive at the contact center solutions provider LiveVox, which recently formed an alliance with Aspect Software. Previously, Mr. Larson was an Executive Vice President and Board member of Monet Software, a provider of workforce management solutions to contact centers. Mr. Larson also previously was the Vice President and ran the $400 million contact center CRM solutions division for Avaya Inc.
