News : Dialog Direct Acquires Allegra Health Care Call Center
Oct 16, 2014 -- Highland Park-based Dialog Direct completed a deal to acquire Clinton Township-based health care call center firm Allegra Direct Communications Inc.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Dialog Direct will maintain the Allegra brand name and its headquarters in Clinton Township, the company said in a news release. Allegra executives Luisa DeLellis, president, and Joanne Crispignani, CEO, will now serve as co-CEOs under Dialog.
The combined entity will employ more than 5,700, 3,000 of whom are in Michigan.
Together, the call center firms provide services to more than 40 different health plans and providers, Dialog Direct said in the release.
