Software subscriptions are expected to align with growing customer needs and help fuel new business opportunities as different kinds of cloud adoption continues to accelerate.
The new software subscription plans represent an alternative to existing software licensing and maintenance agreements, which remain available. Together, these options give customers an opportunity to choose between licensing and subscription terms, whichever best fits their business requirements.
